To lead the cattle & Dairy Team to achieve and exceed sales target 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)奶牛銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì) 達(dá)成并超越銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo) To make sale strategy and build a good platform for PAH long term development 確定銷(xiāo)售策略并為輝瑞動(dòng)保的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展建立平臺(tái) To make sales plan in accordance with PAH China business strategy 根據(jù)公司戰(zhàn)略制定銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃 To design sales incentive plan to encourage and stimulate sales team achieve their target 制定銷(xiāo)售激勵(lì)政策，鼓勵(lì)銷(xiāo)售人員努力達(dá)標(biāo) To develop distributor network and manage distributor channel in line with company policies 發(fā)展經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商網(wǎng)絡(luò)并根據(jù)公司政策管理經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商隊(duì)伍 To support sales management system and improve sales team performance 支持銷(xiāo)售管理系統(tǒng)，提高銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效 To actively interview and attract qualified sales representative 積極招聘稱職的銷(xiāo)售人員,迅速填補(bǔ)人員空缺 To coach, develop and retain qualified team members 指導(dǎo)發(fā)展與保留合格的團(tuán)隊(duì)成員 To arrange team building/training activities to improve team effectiveness 組織團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)活動(dòng)提高團(tuán)隊(duì)效能 |
